Our day was simply magical and we wish we could re live it over and over again! We married on a gorgeous summer day in August with our family and closet friends in attendance. We spent much of the day outside in the beautiful vineyard at the Heritage Hotel. A little bit of our back story… Nick and I are very different people who bonded immediately. We dated for four years prior to getting married but as cliche as it sounds; I knew he was the one from the beginning. Nick is truly the calm to my storm. Nick surprised proposed to me on Christmas morning in 2021 in front of the Christmas tree with our new puppy Luna, who was a very special part of our wedding day. We were both very involved in wedding planning and both wanted one major thing: simplicity. We wanted a simple, modern but rustic romantic day that naturally flowed like we did. We did not care about crazy details or things that wouldn’t matter in five years. We were set on a day full of love, joy, and fun! & that’s exactly what we had… All of our vendors including Denise and her team at The Persnickety Bride were so incredibly helpful and easy to work with.
