Chris and I really wanted a beautiful Summer New England venue near the water. We ended up getting married at Castle Hill Inn Newport, RI. We got married on a lovely Friday evening, outside under Castle Hill's arbor that overlooks the Newport Harbor. It was so important to us to show our friends and family this gorgeous town that is so special to us. We also really wanted our Bernese Mt. Dog, Denali, in the wedding as well - so outdoors it was! She was the perfect addition. Our wedding colors were Navy & Mauve - we wanted to try and keep it summer, but also nautical. Castle Hill has a Chalet Tent just off their Lawn near the arbor that we decorated in almost a "boho-chic" way.. exposed natural wood of the tent, hanging bistro lights, rattan light fixtures with draped greenery - it was stunning. We had about 150 guests celebrate our love with us on July 29th 2022. The entire day and Wedding Weekend, was so special and we will cherish it forever. Why do the best moments have to fly by so fast?!
